A sneaker shop with real counter culture and a stock Shopify theme that showed none of it. The job: make the online store feel like walking in, on rails solid enough to sell one-of-one inventory.

What was built
- Custom theming end to end: Shopify underneath, the shop's own character on top.
- A live drop countdown: Releases run on hype and timing, so the site counts down for real and the drop moment actually lands.
- Buy-sell-trade flow: The counter's core business, brought online: sell and trade inquiries move through the site instead of DMs.
- Built for one-of-one inventory: A catalog structured for single-item stock, where sold means gone and the listing behaves accordingly.

Why it matters
The discipline was keeping Shopify's plumbing while refusing its look. Sneaker buyers can smell a default theme instantly, and trust in this market is aesthetic before it is anything else.
